Rocky Robes Rapi-mount melamine shelving is a new system of doing the standard plain white shelving.The main difference is the powder coated aluminium wall channels and front trim.
Normally, the shelving would sit on timber cleats fixed to the walls and also have a timber front edge which both need painting - very fiddly inside a wardrobe or linen cupboard.
However, the Rapi-mount system means the shelf is fully contained in either white or brown powder coated channels that are clipped to brackets on the walls, and has a 35mm powder coated front trim as well for strength. Because the powder coating will never fade, crack or peel, it's totally maintenance free!
The board itself is High Moisture Resistant particle board like that used in kitchen cabinets and bathrooms, with an extremely hard wearing white or Mocha woodgrain finish.
